Wedding Schedule

Friday, May 29th

4:30 PM - 7:30 PM - Welcome BBQ at Taughannock Falls State Park.

Dress Code: Casual

All guests are invited to join us for a casual welcome BBQ at the lake the evening before the wedding!

We will be in the North Point Pavilion. Restrooms available. Meat and vegan options will be on the grill. Sides and non alcoholic drinks will be served. Attendance optional, please RSVP.

Parking is $10 per vehicle, charged at the kiosks or by the booth attendants. NYS residents 62 or older can park for free at NYS parks M-F by simply presenting or scanning your valid NYS ID/driver's license card at the booth or kiosk.

Cell service may be spotty at the lake. Please look for wedding signage near the entrance to the North Point parking area, or ask for directions from any park staff if lost and without service!

If you are traveling from out of town, you may be interested in hiking the flat and relatively short gorge trail to the base of Taughannock Falls, or driving up the road to the overlook area. Playgrounds and swimming are also available.

Saturday, May 30th

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM - Catholic Wedding Ceremony at Immaculate Conception Church.

Dress Code: Semi-Formal

All are invited to attend our Catholic ceremony presided by Deacon George Kozak. Mass will not be observed.

The church will be open prior to the ceremony and restrooms are available.

Public street parking is available on streets surrounding the church and downtown area. Ithaca Fest will be occurring nearby during the wedding, please expect increased car and pedestrian traffic.

2:30 PM - 7:00 PM - Handfasting Ceremony and reception at the Trumansburg Conservatory.

Dress Code: Semi-Formal

Immediately following the Catholic ceremony in downtown Ithaca, guests are invited to travel 20 minutes north to the Trumansburg Conservatory of Fine Arts for our Handfasting and Ring Warming ceremony and reception.

Free street parking is available on the streets surrounding the Conservatory. Please reserve parking in the limited Conservatory lot for those with mobility needs or small children.

Light fare and open bar will be available beginning at 2:15 pm.

Following cocktail hour, Catherine Delaney will lead a Handfasting and Ring Warming ceremony for Liam and Olivia. All guests are invited to watch and participate in these Celtic pagan marriage traditions!

Dinner will be served at 4:30 with cake, music, and dancing to follow.

Dinner will be served buffet style with chicken and vegan entree options. No meal choice selection needed, there will be enough of everything for everyone! Please indicate food allergies so catering can accommodate.
